I was born here in Tennessee, but my father’s military career took me all around the globe. It took me a minute to return, but after traveling the world, I definitely know that Crossville is home for me. I have now lived in Crossville since 1992. I have been a high school mathematics teacher for nearly 22 years now and have watched many young people become amazing men and women right here in this area. Our three grown children have now left home for their own lives. Our oldest daughter is a small business owner here in Cumberland County while our son and and our youngest daughter’s husband both serve in the United States Army in other parts of the world. I am now enjoying my empty nest with my wonderful husband and our beloved Yorkie.

We enjoy the natural wonder of this area as we love to fish and boat on the nearby lakes. We keep a garden and I am also an avid hobby baker for my close friends and family.
