She listened to what I wanted and, although we had to go through five houses, the fifth one was perfect. The others would have been good, but the first four couldn’t pass a home inspection, which, of course she could not know, until the inspections were done! I used the same home inspector for each of the five inspections, so between conversations and photographs, I could see exactly what was wrong with the houses. I recommended her to my sister and brother-in-law, who wanted to follow me to Tennessee, and she found them the perfect home with acreage for livestock in Spring City.

She knows her stuff! I have used Margo to buy and sell and both times I felt very well taken care of. Any questions I had were answered in a way that made me comfortable with any decision.
